he study deals with some detail, which throws a stone into the waters of stagnant Arab consciousness, which is also unable to comprehend the essence of many Western concepts and terminologies through careful analysis, including the theory of “creative chaos”, one of the most important tools of the United States to intervene in international issues. Where the theory was carefully formulated by American politicians and academics, the concept of (chaos) burdened with negative connotations was added to it another concept that enjoys positivity, which is (creativity). .
